Composition
The total powder ground under low temperature contains per capsule: 350 mg of the root of Valeriana officinalis and is standardized at 0.17% valerenic acid.
Ingredients
Valerian powder (Valeriana officinalis, 78.5%, or 350 mg per capsule). Capsule wall of plant origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Instructions for use
To sleep well: take 2 capsules before dinner and 2 capsules just before bedtime with plenty of water.
For nervous feelings: take 1 capsule in the morning, at noon and in the evening during meals with sufficient water.
