Use
If you follow an energy-restricted diet, a beneficial effect is obtained if you take 2 capsules of Bional Ideal Weight 3 times daily. This is because you get 3 grams of glucomannan daily in doses of 1 gram. Take the capsules before meals with 1 or 2 glasses of water.
