Composition per daily dose of 1 capsule:
380 mg Pumpkin seed oil (Cucurbita pepo).
170 mg Nettle root extract (Urticae radix)
160 mg Saw palmetto extract (Serenoa repens)
5.3 mg Zinc (as zinc gluconate) (50% RDA*)
27.5μg Selenium (as selenium yeast) (50% RDA*)
16.7 mg Tomato extract (1 mg natural lycopene)
1.4 mg Vitamin E (12% RDA*)
37.5 mg Plant sterols

Ingredients
Pumpkin seed oil, gelatin, nettle root extract, saw palmetto extract, humectants: glycerol, sorbitol, zinc, selenium, plant sterols, anti-caking agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, tomato extract, emulsifier: SOJAlecithin, glazing agent: beeswax, vitamin E, coloring agent: iron oxide.
Usage
Adult men: take 1 capsule once daily preferably before meals with water.
In case of a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to take the capsule during meals.
