Use
Brush at least twice a day for at least two minutes with a soft toothbrush. One of the best methods for brushing your teeth is with the so-called "bass" method. Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gum line. Brush each tooth or molar by moving the brush up and down in a gentle circular motion. Be sure to brush all teeth and all surfaces this way - including the outside, inside and top of the teeth. Try keeping the brush in a vertical position and moving from top to bottom to reach difficult spots. And don't forget to brush your tongue with it, this way you'll prevent bad breath.
