Usage
Dissolve 1 level measuring spoonful in a glass of water daily and drink. One level measuring spoon provides approximately 7.5 grams of powder.
Warning
When starting to use a pre- or probiotic, gas and/or cramps may occur. Over time (usually a week) the body adapts and these symptoms diminish or disappear. In such a case, it may make sense to reduce the initial dose to half the recommended dosage for the first two weeks. e.
