Usage
Unless otherwise prescribed, rinse the oral cavity once a day for one minute with 10 ml of liquid (use the measuring cap). Preferably before bedtime and after brushing teeth. Make sure the liquid contacts all teeth well. Spit out the liquid. Avoid swallowing. Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after use.
