Usage
Dissolve the contents of one level measuring spoon (22 grams) in 200-300 ml of water, skimmed milk or low-fat yogurt. Preferably take two shakes per day (for example, one in the morning and one in the early afternoon).
Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy or lactation.
