Epitact Sport Physiostrap® sport

Application
Wearing the Epitheliumflex® Physiostrap Sport helps alleviate kneecap disorders (patonellafemoral pain syndrome, kneecap instability, patellar tendinopathy). In cases of knee injury leading to complications (fragile knee ligaments, osteoarthritis), the Physiostrap® contributes to joint stability when resuming sports activities.

The PhysioStrap Sport has a dynamic effect without impeding movement. It may therefore also be used preventively as it preserves muscle mass.

Composition
70% polyamide/elastane, 30% silicone.

Usage
Application:
Fold the elastic straps of the PhysioStrap Sport outwards.
Insert your hands into the PhysioStrap Sport and position the kneecap at the designated position in the center of the kneecap ring.
Fold back the elastic straps without tightening the PhysioStrap Sport on your leg.
Adjust the positioning of the PhysioStrap Sport while standing, making sure the kneecap ring is positioned in the correct place.

To avoid any risk of irritation caused by the elastic silicone band, the PhysioStrap® Sport should not be worn when you are not actively moving. For example, while sleeping, lying down, sitting and or car, bus or air travel.
Only put on the PhysioStrap just before you start the sports activity so that it is worn only during the movement/activity.
If wearing Booster type compression tubes at the level of the calves, place the lower elastic band of the PhysioStrap over the tube.

Fit:
Do not apply moisturizing products before using the knee brace to ensure proper fit.
If you experience difficulty keeping the kneepad in place in extreme conditions (sports with rapid acceleration and deceleration, races with large elevation changes or long distances, high temperatures), wearing shorts over the PhysioStrap Sport is recommended.

Warning
To ensure that the PhysioStrap Sport stays perfectly in place, it is very important to clean the elastic silicone straps with soap and water after each use.

Store sealed, dry and clean.
