Use - Wrap the support from the back of the ankle to the front of the ankle. - Use the Velcro strap to adjust tension until desired support and comfort are achieved - Wrap the support under the foot and over the instep of the foot again - Place the support with the smooth side on the skin - Position the heel securely in the loop - Wrap the bandage through the instep to the inside of the ankle.
