Cod liver oil naturally contains vitamin A and D3. The vitamins A and D3 from cod liver oil support the body's defenses, among other things.

Vitamin A also supports the skin's ability to repair itself, is good for eyesight and helps maintain sharp vision in the dark. It contributes to normal function, structure and function of mucous membranes.

Vitamin D3 contributes to cell and tissue production, is for maintaining strong teeth and bones, and plays a role in maintaining normal muscle function.
