Bromhexine hydrochloride breaks down tough mucus, making it easier to cough up.
This allows you to breathe more easily

Application
In fixed cough, to facilitate coughing up mucus in the airways if this is made difficult by the toughness of the mucus.

Do not use if
- You are allergic to any of the substances in this medicine.
- Children under 2 years of age.

Composition
Active substance: 4 mg bromhexine hydrochloride per 5 ml.
Excipients: raspberry flavoring (includes propylene glycol), glycerol (E422), sodium benzoate (E211), sodium metabisulfite (E223), povidone, sorbitol (E420), water, hydrochloric acid

Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Are you unsure about the correct use? If so, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Adults and children over 10 years of age
3 times daily 4-16 mg bromhexine hydrochloride (5-20 ml of drink).

Children between 5 and 10 years of age
3 times daily 4-8 mg bromhexine hydrochloride (5-10 ml of drink).

Children from 2 to 5 years of age
2-4 mg bromhexine hydrochloride (2½-5 ml drink) 3 times daily.

Method of use.
Take the drink with the measuring cup provided. After use, rinse the cup with water.
Do not use for more than 14 days without consulting your doctor.
If you notice that Livsane Cough Drink Broomhexine HCl 4 mg/5 ml has too much or too little effect, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
