Usage
Adults: dissolve 2.6 grams (one scoop) in a glass of water or fruit juice while stirring. For optimal absorption, it is recommended not to take the powder in combination with dairy drinks.
Store in a tightly closed container at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry dark place.
