Nasal spray HTP Xylometazoline HCl 1.0 mg/ml, nasal spray, solution

Drug

This drug provides rapid and lasting relief of nasal congestion. It reduces the swelling of mucous membranes in the nose and thus helps keep the nasal passage clear, allowing you to breathe more easily. The action of this drug starts within a few minutes and lasts for several hours.
Nasal spray HTP Xylometazoline HCl 1.0 mg/ml is intended for adults and children 12 years and older.

Application
You use Nasal Spray HTP Xylometazoline HCl when you suffer from a blocked nose.

Composition
Active substance: The active substance in this medicine is xylometazoline hydrochloride.
Nasal spray HTP Xylometazoline HCl 1.0 mg/ml contains 1 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride per ml.
Excipients: benzalkonium chloride, disodium deetate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate,
disodium phosphate, sodium chloride and purified water.

Dosage
Adults and children 12 years and older:
1 spray in each nostril, 3 times daily. There should be an interval of 8 to 10
hours between administrations. Do not exceed 3 applications per nostril per day.

Method of use
1. Blow the nose.
2. Remove the protective cap.
3. For initial application, pump several times until even atomization occurs. At
repeated administrations, the spray will be ready for immediate use. Take care not to spray into the eyes or
the mouth.
4. Hold the bottle upright and place the thumb at the bottom of the bottle and hold the nosepiece between 2 fingers.
5. Bend the head slightly forward and place the nosepiece in one nostril.
6. Spray and at the same time gently inhale through the nose.
7. Repeat this process on the other nostril.
8. Clean and dry the nosepiece before replacing the protective cap.

To prevent possible spread of infection, the bottle should only be used on 1 person.

Do not use in:
- You are allergic to any of the substances in this medicine.
- If you have recently undergone nasal surgery, consult your doctor before using this medicine
