Claims
Ibuprofen belongs to a group of analgesics with anti-inflammatory and antipyretic
action (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)). These drugs change
the way the body responds to pain, inflammation and high body temperature

What this medicine is used for.
This medicine is intended for short-term symptomatic treatment of:
- fever
- mild to moderate pain

For use in children 20 kg body weight (6 years) to 40 kg body weight (12
years)

Do not use if
- Your child is allergic to ibuprofen or other similar painkillers (NSAIDs) or to any of the substances in this medicine.
- Your child has ever had shortness of breath, asthma, runny nose, swelling of the face and/or hands, or hives after using acetylsalicylic acid or other similar painkillers (NSAIDs).
- Your child has ever had gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation as a result of previous use of NSAIDs.
- Your child has or has had a recurrent gastric or duodenal ulcer (peptic ulcer) or bleeding (two or more episodes of proven ulcer or bleeding).
- Your child has hereditary problems processing fructose/fructose sugars
- Your child has severe liver or severe kidney failure.
- Your child has severe heart failure.
- Your child has cerebral hemorrhage (cerebrovascular hemorrhage) or other active bleeding.
- Your child suffers from blood clotting disorders. Ibuprofen may prolong bleeding time.
- Your child shows unexplained disorders of blood production.
- Your child suffers from severe dehydration (due to vomiting, diarrhea or insufficient drinking).

Pregnant women should not use this medicine during the last 3 months of pregnancy.

Composition
Active substance: 1 ml suspension for oral use contains 40 mg ibuprofen.
Excipients: citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, sodium saccharin, polysorbate 80, domifen bromide, liquid maltitol, glycerol, xanthan gum, strawberry flavor (contains propylene glycol) and purified water.

Dosage
The recommended dose for pain and fever:

Child 6 - 9 years (20-29 kg): 5 ml (equivalent to 200 mg ibuprofen), 3 times every 24 hours

Child 10 - 12 years (30-40 kg): 7.5 ml (corresponding to 300 mg ibuprofen) (use the measuring spoon twice: 5 ml + 2.5 ml), 3 times every 24 hours

Directions for use
1. Shake the bottle well
2. Use the end of the measuring spoon corresponding to the required dose
3. Pour the medicine into the measuring spoon
4. Insert the measuring spoon into the child's mouth and administer the dose
5. Put the cap back on the bottle after use. Wash the measuring spoon with warm water and let it
dry.
