Claims
Paracetamol and propyphenazone have analgesic and fever-reducing effects.

What this medicine is used for
- fever and pain with flu and colds
- headache
- toothache
- nerve pain
- lumbago
- muscle pain
- menstrual pain

Do not use if
If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to propyphenazone or other pyrazolinone derivatives,
paracetamol or caffeine, or to any of the other ingredients
- If you have an abnormal blood composition (blood count). When you know that your
blood count is abnormal, consult your doctor before use.
- During the last three months of pregnancy.
- In severe heart failure.
- If you have had previous gastrointestinal bleeding as a result of using certain
painkillers (NSAIDs).
- In case of an existing gastric ulcer or if you have had an ulcer before.

Composition
Active ingredients: propyphenazone, paracetamol and caffeine.
Excipients: crospovidone (E1201), hydroxypropyl cellulose (E463), magnesium stearate (E470b), microcrystalline cellulose (E460) and colloidal silicon dioxide (E551).

Dosage
The recommended dosage for adults is 1-2 tablets at a time as needed, up to 6 tablets per 24 hours. The time between doses should be at least 4 hours. Depending on the recurrence of symptoms (fever and pain), repeated administration is allowed.

The daily dose of paracetamol should not exceed 60 mg per kg of body weight per day, with a maximum of 2 grams per day, in the following situations:

- adults weighing less than 50 kg.
- mild to moderate hepatic insufficiency (less functioning liver).
- Gilbert's syndrome (familial nonhemolytic jaundice).
- dehydration.
- chronic malnutrition.
- chronic alcoholism.
- frail elderly.

Follow these instructions unless your doctor has given you different advice.

Directions for use
Swallow the tablets with a generous amount of water, or allow the tablets to disintegrate in water
drop into water, stir well and then drink.

Read the package insert before use.

Observe the maximum daily dosage.
