Cinnarizine and chlorocyclizine hydrochloride

Primatour contains a combination of two active substances, a short- and long-acting antihistamine.
Both substances are active against motion sickness
Application
You can use Primatour to prevent and treat motion sickness.
Composition
Active substance: Cinnarizine, chlorocyclizine hydrochloride.
Excipients: lactose, magnesium stearate, corn starch, menthol, polyvinylpyrrolidone 25, sodium sucrose, colloidal silicon, talc, quinoline yellow (E 104).
Dosage
Take Primatour about half an hour before travel:
adults: one tablet;
children older than 6 years: half a tablet;
children aged 2 to 6 years: a quarter tablet.
For prolonged travel:
adults: one tablet, 3 times a day;
children older than 6 years: half a tablet, 3 times a day.
Elderly
No dose adjustment is needed for elderly patients.
The tablets are best taken with a generous amount (1 glass) of water or other liquid (e.g., lemonade). Take the tablets whole (or broken into a few pieces) with the liquid. Then drink the entire glass.
Do not use in:
You have Parkinson's disease or suffer from parkinsonian symptoms such as
muscle tension and postural changes and involuntary movements
You suffer from a certain form of glaucoma (increased eyeball pressure, chamber angle block glaucoma).
