Dosage
Infants and children:
In case of dehydration symptoms (e.g., dry lips and tongue, reduced urination, wrinkled skin): 10 ml solution per kg body weight per hour until body fluid levels are restored (usually within 4 - 6 hours).
Adults: For symptoms of dehydration 10 - 20 ml per kg body weight per hour until fluid levels are restored (usually within 4 - 6 hours.
To prevent dehydration: 10 ml per kg body weight up to a maximum of 400 ml after each water-thin stool.
Method of use.
Completely dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 200 ml of water or cooled tea without sugar. If the water is of poor quality, boil the water first and allow it to cool.
Keep sachets in original container out of reach of children.
