Use - As a steam bath: dissolve capsule in half a liter of non-boiling water - On handkerchief: squeeze capsule with a pointed object in handkerchief - On pajamas/pillowcase: empty capsule with a pointed object on pajamas or pillowcase.
Additional Information - Not suitable for children under 2 years of age - Can -as far as known- be used during pregnancy - Do not store above 25 degrees Celsius.
