Scientific studies have shown that the positive results of Tempocol are noticeable after 2 to 4 weeks of taking one capsule three times a day. 1 Before use, read the package insert.

The initial dose is 1 capsule once to three times daily. The dosage may be increased if necessary to a maximum dose of 2 capsules three times daily.

Use in children between 8 and 12 years of age: A maximum of 1 capsule three times daily. Swallow the capsule whole, 20-30 minutes before meals on an empty stomach with plenty (e.g. a glass) of cold water. Do not break or chew to prevent premature release of the peppermint oil.
